This is a Tips page of  Word 2000 , read it and apply it in your work , if you find it useful. Tips section will have always new tips ....so watch it ...and go collecting this useful tips ...
...Did you know that to select all object (text,images or any other) in a  Word  document all together ,you can use in the keyboard (shorcut)  -"CTRL+A",and you select any object in that page or document... You wrote a huge(big) document in Word 2000 ...but you wrote have mistaken one word everywhere in whole document ,and now you wish to correct it  ...So go to menu EDIT and  option REPLACE and from there it is very intuitive and easy ..in the first  text box -put the word you want to find  and in the second  text box -put the new word and then click on the button  REPLACE ALL ...and it's done ...so easy !!!!  You can use this button- "FORMAT PAINTER"- which is in the toolbar -STANDARD ,to pass a tough format (which took so much time to do) to a sentence or paragraph , so you don't need to repeat the format steps again ..isn't it so cool... Imagine that you have to send  a Letter  to your  100 clients ,which are in a database , so  Word 2000 makes this job easy with a great functionality named  MAIL MERGE   which is in a menu TOOLS . It is easy ,but if you need my help ,just ...contact-me.. but try it ...I know you can do it ...go for it ... How to know what each Function Keys are used to make your life easy in Word -find the toolbar -"FUNCTION KEY DISPLAY" and you will get the list of each Function key does -for example F1-is always used for Help  ,but i advice you to go to Menu HELP of  Word 2000 and write this word there- "Shortcut" as a search  and find more details about shortcut keys...
